Pritavit is a Topepo-type, tomato-shaped stuffing-pepper. These squat little peppers measure 6½cm (2½) tall by about 10cm (4in) wide and have deep ribs. They mature to a dark red in about 75-80 days. The thick walled fruit are sweet and crisp making them ideal for salads, or to mix into soup or sauces. The thick wall means they stand up well to cooking while retaining their flavor. Pritivit can also be stuffed and baked or hollowed out and used as a single serving bowl for cottage cheese or tuna-salad.[1]
