Red peter chilli plants produce good yields of 6½cm (2½in) long by 1¼cm (½in) wide penis-shaped peppers. Peppers are mildly hot and turn from green to red when mature. The chillies are downwards pointing and prefer slight shade and a wind free growing area.[1]
