Limo is a chilli which is mainly grown and used on the northern coast of Peru. The fruit are 5-7cm (2-3in) long and grow on a vine-like plant. They mature from green to red or yellow (depending on the strain) in approximately 90 days. When dried, this Aji becomes tapered and wrinkled.[1]
