Blue ice is a cultivar of English lavender (Lavandula angustifolia). It has a compact habit with pale grey-green foliage. Heads of very pale blue flowers open from silvery buds from mid to late summer. Selected by Simon Charlesworth of Downderry Nursery, Kent, UK.[1]
