Alicante is an indeterminate variety of tomato. The plant crops well and reliably. Early to mature and free from Greenback, the smooth red fruit is of splendid quality. Ideal for both greenhouse and outdoor growing. Recommended for exhibition. Recipient of the Royal Horticultural Society's Award of Garden Merit.[1]
