Hot Lemon produces 6½cm (2½in) long tapering chillies that ripen to a bright glossy yellow. They have fewer seeds than the average pepper, containing 15 seeds on average. The name doesn't come from the colour, it comes from the citrus-lemony aroma and taste. Great in any recipe where you want some extra fruity tang.[1]
