Aji limón is a variety of chilli, producing hot fruits, which grow horizontally and sometimes erect. Plant has green stems, green leaves, and white flowers.[3] Measuring about 4cm (1½in) long and 1cm (½in) in diameter, the pods have lemony overtones that suites fish and shellfish, as well chicken, ceviche, salsa, mojo, and salads.[1]
