Volcano is an F1 hybrid variety of chilli. A high yielding Hungarian hot wax-type, the plants are approximately 45-50cm in height, stocky and compact producing very heavy yields of 15cm (6in) long by 3cm (1½in) wide fruit that mature from yellow/green (60days) to red approximately 85 days from transplanting. An excellent variety for growing in patio pots and containers.[1]
