Roumanian rainbow is a very early, colourful bell pepper, the fruit of which start out as a cream/ivory colour, turn persimmon orange, before finally maturing to red in 60 days. The fruit are typically in all 3 colour stages at one time, making for a striking appearance in the garden. Peppers are 10-13cm (4-5in) long and very sweet. Plants are relatively compact.[1]
