Riot is a highly ornamental variety of chilli developed by Dr. James Baggett at Oregon State University, USA. The small bushy little plants produce a profussion of fiery spikes of colourful thin upright pods with vibrant colours. The well-exposed pods ripen steadily over a long period for a continuing rainbow-colored display. 50 days to yellow and 70 days to ripe red.[1]
