Fire cracker is a hybrid of Indian Hot Pepper with an immense crop of long, thin chillies that grow pendant on medium sized plants. Pods are pretty hot at 30,000 - 50,000 SHU and perfectly suited to all forms of Indian cooking. Fire Cracker is a chilli very well suited to drying and they dry easily in their green as well as their red state.[1]
