Carmen is a pepper of the Italian Corno di toro-type developed by Johnny's seeds. The long tapered pods grow to 15cm (6in) long by 6⅓cm (2½in) wide and ripen from green to deep red. Maturity is early on an upright, medium-size plant.[1]
